Which areas do you cover?

I live in Truro, Cornwall and cover anywhere within an hour and a half of my location.

What are your travel costs?

I charge 50 pence per mile.

Do you come to my home / venue on the day?

Yes, I will travel to you on the day of your wedding.

How long does it take to do my make-up on the day?

I usually allow an hour for the brides makeup and 45 minutes for each bridesmaid/Mothers.

Which cosmetics do you use?

I carry an extensive kit of leading brands, including NARS, MAC, Merit and Charlotte Tilbury to name but a few. The trial is a good practice to check that you are not sensitive to any products, but please let me know in advance if you are sensitive to any existing products.

Should I have my make-up done before or after my hair is styled?

It is best to have your makeup done last to look as fresh as possible.

How long in advance should I have a trial?

I would recommend having a trial a minimum of 6-8 weeks before your wedding date or earlier if you prefer.

Do you come to my home for the trial?

Trials can be done from my home studio in a warm welcoming environment with natural light, or I can to your location if you prefer. If you are unable to have a one-to-one trial for any reason, I can offer consultations via email.

How long does the trial take?

This creative process typically takes between 1 - 1.5 hours, from my home studio or at your location if you prefer. Trial sessions can also be arranged for mothers-of-the-bride/groom and any other members of the bridal party upon request.

Should I choose lashes?

Lashes have the transformative power of elevating any look, adding extra length and fullness. Depending on your preferences and eye shape, either full or half lashes have benefits. Full lashes are ideal for your wedding day or special occasions, giving a bolder look, where as half lashes are perfect for clients who prefer a more subtle enhancement. I use a quality brand of lashes and provide these at £10 per person.

How do I secure my wedding date?

I can secure your wedding date in my diary on receipt of 50% of the final balance.

When should I pay the final balance?

The final balance is payable within 7 days of the date of the wedding. Payment by BACS. I cannot accept card payments unfortunately.

What if I decide to cancel my booking?

In the event of cancellation please notify me as soon as possible. Deposits are non refundable. Please See our Terms of Service for further information.
