Booking
Booking enquiries can be made via the online booking form, email or social media.
Evie Rose Makeup will supply a quote and confirm availability.
To secure the booking, clients must pay a non-refundable deposit of 50%. The balance is the remainder plus travel charges.
Evie Rose Makeup will provide a booking summary/invoice. It is the client's responsibility to check the booking summary/invoice and ensure that Evie Rose Makeup is notified of any errors within 7 days of receipt. If the client notifies Evie Rose Makeup of an error after this period and Evie Rose Makeup is unable to fulfil the booking, cancellation fees may apply.
Please note that the booking is not final until the deposit has been paid in full and Evie Rose Makeup has confirmed receipt in writing/email.
Payment
The deposit can be paid by BACS.
The balance is payable no later than 7 days before the wedding date by BACS.
The price agreed at the time of booking is final, so if the price list for Evie Rose Makeup changes, it will not affect your agreed rate.
Cancellation fees
In the unlikely event that Evie Rose Makeup is unable to make your wedding appointment and needs to cancel your booking, clients will receive a full refund of any deposit paid.
Should the client need to cancel their appointment, please contact Evie Rose Makeup as soon as possible. Once booking has been confirmed, deposits are non refundable. If the cancellation is made within 7 days of the wedding date, the full balance is still required.

Trials
The trial is payable in full by BACS to secure your booking - upon confirmation of your date by Evie Rose Makeup. The trial is completely non refundable.
Changes to bookings
Notification should be given of any changes to the wedding and/or trial as soon as possible. This includes changes to the number of clients, location, dates and times. It is the clients responsibility to do this.
Changes must be confirmed in writing via email and are not accepted as written notice until you have received a reply from Evie Rose Makeup.
Change of trial date - An alternative date will be found.
Change of wedding date - I will do my best to rebook for the new date. If this is not possible then the usual cancellation terms apply.
Change to number of clients - A new price will be calculated based on our current price list to reflect any changes in the bridal party. *Please note a maximum of 5 people to any single booking.
